We had prepaid for the car park at Marlay Park. Great organisation. Was well worth the money paid. No long queues to get out. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the company insists that you are there before 5.30pm, as they close off the access to the parking. Not sure why, if you paid, you can't arrive at a time that suits you? Later than 5.30pm?

Guns n Roses gig transfer

I will not be booking with Marathon Coaches again after the absolute shambles at the Green Day gig last night in Marlay Park. The only detail given about the return shuttle after the gig was to go back to where we dropped off but having left through a different exit (as did thousands of others) there was no proper signage about where to go. I was left stranded in Dublin last night because I missed my bus back to Cork because I missed the shuttle back to Custom House Quay. On finding the queue for the Dundrum shuttle I asked the steward did he know where the Custom House Quay shuttles were (red wristbands) and he said he hadn't a clue! How did he not know where to send people for the other shuttle who were then left stuck because there was no other transport other than a massive walk to Dundrum and the Luas line. I paid for a service that would get me back to the city centre safely after the gig but instead was left stranded in Dublin overnight with no place to stay because the organisation on their end was a mess. Avoid like the plague.

Missed part of the gig due to their lack of organisation. Absolutely no planning on their part, no sign posts and absolutely nothing to tell you what was going on. I know a lot of others felt the same as we formed a group of confused people, just aimlessly walking around Dundrum town centre. Another friend missed her bus due to their poor planning and was left stranded in Dublin for the evening as she missed her last bus home to cork! She asked a staff member what was going on and was met with a shrug. Absolute joke and I will definitely be making my own arrangements in future.

Left us standing in the rain after Marlay Park gig because they didn't have enough buses. Missed my last bus home because of this. Bad service.

Scammers. Avoid at all costs. Waiting for 1.5 hours at Marlay Park in the rain for buses to return well after midnight to do a rerun as they tried to save money on hiring enough buses.

Booked this car park and never again, ! We were directed where to park, next thing we were boxed in. He had a car infront, either side and directed another car behind us. I asked what about an emergency situation and got no answer. After the concert, there was no Stewart’s directing us. They left our car park locked until all pedestrians were gone, and emptied the other car park first. Then just opened the gates and left everyone to fight it out who left first! We were over an hour waiting to leave after Lewis capaldi concert.

Obviously for economic reasons, car parking for concerts at Malahide was in 2022 subject to a charge, unlike 2019. As a paid service, one would have expected efficiency, organisation and staff in attendance to ensure things work seamlessly. Alas at The Killers, we had chaos, inept parking attenders and a complete absence of staff post concert. Leading to 2 hour delays. Never ever book anything with this company. All they want is your money. Nothing in return. Absolute incompetence

Great service to and from Palmerston Estate for the At the Manor festival - would absolutely book again!
