I never have any issues with orders…
I never have any issues with orders (although sometimes there is no stock but that is no ones fault). Even if I make a mistake with my order, it is resolved very quickly and easily. I am always impressed with the great customer service

Always late
Every time we put an order in for next day delivery it never comes. Orders arrive a week or so later and most times it's because I'm chasing it up. Stock always on back order, we understand now and then but it's all the time.
