ADS are always prompt with supplying orders. Whenever I ring customer service, they are very helpful, and the delivery drivers are always polite and friendly.

So much followup with order delivery yet again. I feel like over promising and under delivering and putting ADS staff under more stress as I've had to contact where the order is and if its going to be delivered within the week. Looking into going back to previous suppliers Delivery man from ADS was very good as was very accommodating as is Terry and Adrian when I call.

Order placed16/01/23 @11:46am, and still have not received, although invoice was emailed today 19/01/23????? Delivery times getting worse.

I wouldn’t say great. I looked online, came up with you guys rang asked if you had the product I needed. You said you did I went to pick it up and was told I needed to create an account before you could help me. In the end I did that got my product and have an account with you. What’s important is I was in a rush and as stalled. But Hey, I now have an account and all is good for next time.
