Excellent Customer Service and very efficient

Delivery was not as quick as we had hoped for. We also had the paper towels we ordered substituted for another brand without being informed of this. The paper towel does not fit in our dispenser.

Ordered and received most goods on the same day. Had one item short delivered, emailed and received prompt reply.

Standing Order We have placed a standing order for A4 paper quite a long time ago. However, the standing order keep not working out. Some months we do receive the delivery for paper, some months not until we make the call. It's quite annoying having receiving complaints from our internal staff for out of paper due to no paper deliver for that month. We have the expectation of standing order for A4 paper every month, but it seems like this is not the case. Not sure if the system or record for standing order has some issue? There is once we place an one-off order for other stationery and all the items in this order become standing order. We've no idea of it until we actually received the items again. We need to make the call again and cancel it. Apart from the standing order, overall experience is good. Thank you
