No longer getting same day delivery if ordered before 11.00am The driver does not follow delivery instructions all the time

Not advised that an item was out of stock and our order delivery was held back by a day to wait for that item without advising us. As we were desperate for paper and expected delivery next day, this caused an issue. Wish their website let you know when something was not currently in stock.
