After some delivery issues (initially caused by me) my order was hand delivered to ensure I got it in a timely manner. Thank you.

I received my order promptly but the exercise books aren't A4 size. Very disappointed. After letting them know about the mix up, they promptly contacted me and had the books collected and the books I wanted delivered. I'm so happy. Excellent response times and I'm very happy with this company now. I'll definitely be ordering again

The service was good but not very responsive for issues. despite ordering before the cut off to receive next day delivery this did not happen and getting a response to change the delivery address was difficult too. package was eventually delivered 3 days later but it took multiple emails and calls from me to make it happen. Not proactive enough for 'a same day/next day delivery' service. My order was urgent and there wasnt another retailer with stock in Adelaide. It became way more stressful than it needed to be. Responses were friendly and polite. I will continue to use the service..
