I was told my Australian visa would be 6-8 weeks originally that’s why I thought 5 months would be plenty of time ,I’m still waiting every one has gone and I’m back home still! Don not deal with Ann GRIFFITHS !Australia messaged her asking for information about me I was emailing them every couple of days to and they kept telling me they would be in touch .she then sent me the 12 days later from the Australian embassy and told me to send information over ASAP but the email said I had seven days to respond I didn’t get it till twelve days after she received it .no apology nothing ! I paid these best part of 200 to fill in my application I was told on the phone that the application I filled in would be re written it wouldn’t be the scruffy piece of paper they provided but they just uploaded it as it was . I tried to speak to the higher bosses but you can’t get hold of them I don’t know how they can justify the money they was paid do not give these any money. Rip off merchants .
The worst service I have ever experienced
I have given this company one star only because I cannot give anything less. On a recent holiday to Portugal I applied to this company for a 2-day Covid test kit. Along with this the company agreed to complete my passenger locator form. I did not receive anything from them and was forced to apply to a different company to ensure that I could leave Portugal and return home. Since then I have been trying to obtain a refund. Two emails and a letter were ignored. I tried to phone them but could only leave a message for someone to contact me. This request was also ignored and eventually I had to claim my refund through my credit card. Full marks to Santander Bank for sorting this for me. I am letting everyone I know about this experience and discouraging them for using this company. I will never use them again.

I registered with this company 2 weeks ago. I quickly encountered problems with their payment system and asked for help. But despite repeat messages and calls, no one contacted me back. Eventually I found the problem and paid my £564.00. I thought everything would go fine after this. But despite further requests for assistance, no one called me back. Even when I had a booked scheduled call appointment, no one called me. I have sent them my phone number at least 20 times via Email and Message. but they still dont return my calls !. I am now starting to wonder if I have been drawn into some kind of SCAM, and will ever see a Visa or my money back !

I was very disappointed when the system rejected my online application because I had 2 days from my travel. I had to pay additional US $ 250 in order to change my ticket and I had to travel separately from my daughter! The VISA is issued within 2 hours so why this restriction?!

It was very disappointing I couldn’t travel, because there was a different in the spilling of my name From my name in the passport The airline refused to give me the boarding card . I’ve called the immigration in the British airport they said it’s. The mistake of the electronic visa ..it was very disappointed & I lose my money in cancellation of the hotel& training course I was planning to attend.

This Visa is a joke. We do not understand why my 21 months old son needs to apply for this visa, and have to change his flight if the date is wrong, and has to be 3 days in advance when we have free entrance into the EU. Not to mention no actual background check is done. Our experience is TERRIBLE.

I felt cheated because I was actually looking for the official UK Visa website and didnt realise I went through an agent where I had to pay GBP 63 per person instead of the official GBP 15. To make it worse, I needed to changecthe date because my daughter's student visa was late. When I tried to change through their website, it takes me to a new application form and requires me to pay another GBP 63 which I refused. I even tried to go to the official UK Visa website, but the adress in the original request was the agent, not mine. I requested the agent to forward me the link so I can change my details, but they didnt reply until it was too late to make any changes. In the end, I paid the agent GBP 126 for 2 people and had to apply afresh through the official website and paid GBP 30 for 2 people.
Indicate clearly required visa paper.
To be honest, the online travel visa has made a lot of people’s lives easier. I do want to raise one concern, however. I’ve applied online twice. And on both occasions couldn’t figure out which paper or form of the approved visa to print and carry with me upon traveling. I panicked at the airport both times because I brought along the wrong paper (the letter informing me that I got the visa successfully). Is there perhaps a way that your website could clearly indicate the paper that is needed at the UK customs. Many thanks!
