I love your customer service and your fast paced selfless service

I have NEVER experienced any delay from PingExpress. They are honest and all their staffs are communicative. PingExpress is reliable and fast in delivering their services. PingExpress, na you Biko!!!

This was the first time I tried ping express and it is safe to say I won't be using them again. Customer service needs to be greatly improved. There was an issue with the transfer on their end and I had to call back 6 times to resolve the issue even though I keep telling them to call me back if d solution they propose is not working. So I had to waste 5hrs of my time to keep following up every 1hr till one of the employees figured out the problem. I would rather pay extra money with a different company and know the employees know what they are doing and that it will be done with no hassles.

Good but need to increase your transfer limit.
