I was referred to this company and told they send money in minutes but it took over 15 hours for my money to be sent by them and I had an emergency that needed to be satisfied but they did not live up to their billing. I was charged twice and I am yet to receive the refund back. Money sent 15 hours later instead of in minutes. All supporting documents to verify me were sent and yet I got this poor service.

Process is very straight forward and user friendly but I feel the exchange could be better as the rate is quite low compared to the parallel market.
