I had a stairs & landing carpet fitted! An amazing experience, Troy done an excellent job, very polite & made sure I was happy with the job he had done! The carpet is perfect and fits into my home perfectly! I would recommend Chippenham & Wiltshire carpet deals to everyone! Communication was amazing even before then came and visited my home. Fantastic service, great prices

Good prices, excellent fitters and was very happy I would be getting new carpets. On the day of fitting it was discovered the measurements for the living room and landing were incorrect. I was given the option of fitters returning 5 days later to fit a joint to the living room and complete the landing or wait a further 10 days to have the full carpet in the living room. I took an extra day off work so a joint could be fitted. Unfortunately I have had no response to a couple of emails, asking if I could be compensated for my inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Great experience, would definitely use again for future rooms. Hassle free and smooth journey from home visit where they measured and brought samples to ordering and arranging fitting. Fitting was completed quickly and final finish is better than I expected

Very very happy from start to finish had my living room and hallway done with laminate and it looks amazing. Came in measured and 2 weeks later they were here fitting it and the guys were amazing got straight on it no messing about and very efficient will recommend this company everytime and will use them again

We've used Swindon Carpet Deals before and I left a 5* review at that point, but had to leave another! Justin came round to measure our stairs, landing and office and bedroom for new carpets. Brought a load of samples with him and helped us decide on colour and recommended a really lovely, durable, thick carpet that is absolutely perfect for us, and for our big, hairy, messy dogs! Richard and Lewis fitted the office and stairs carpet today. They were very quick, very friendly and tidied up afterwards. They'll be back on Monday to put down the new carpet in the bedroom. The carpet is so lovely and fresh and squishy, the dogs approve as they've been rolling around on it all afternoon. I cannot fault the service or the quality of the flooring on offer. Brilliant service from carpet deals. Quick turn around from start to finish. Gentleman came to our house with all products to give free no obligation quote, we didn't feel pressured or forced in anyway. Understood what we were looking forward and information was given. Carpet was fitted by a happy friendly chap, job was done quickly and room kept tidy. Really happy with the service we have received and will definitely use carpet deals again.

I would love to just say i am so happy with the work i received today, first time using Swindon carpet deals & i can’t fault them at all! I messaged the facebook page requesting someone to come and give me a quote & Justin was very quick to be able to fit me in for a quote, to then he explained everything i needed to know & we arranged once my full payment was received they would book me in to have the fitting done, which was less than a week later! The fitters called first thing at 8am to let me know how long they’d be & arrived on time! Both fitters were friendly, polite & very quick laying new grippers, underlay, carpet & vinyl in my living room & hall way! Will be using these guys again for my stair carpet as always had issues with the bigger known brands, but these guys were fantastic right from start to finish! Thank you again!
