Was dubious as it was through Facebook so made sure I followed their page for a while and saw lots of great examples of work done. Confident bubbly rep who came to measure up. Quick with communication. Replied quickly to questions. Carpet fitters professional and clearly very experienced in particular the older gentleman of the two. Happy with the finish and service. If I was to nit pick I would’ve liked a follow up email following the quote to confirm the time and date of the fitting just for my own peace of mind. as I was left wondering if they would turn up as I had booked weeks in advance. (They turned up on time and left the room tidy after they took away all scraps of carpet and vacuumed)

To be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect with the whole ‘we bring carpets to you’ but, wow, what a great experience!! Justin arrived at the agreed time, we discussed styles and colours to which he produced many samples of varying shades and prices, absolutely no pressure in pushing for higher value/quality etc. I was able to see the carpet in my daylight against my furniture, which was amazing. He measured on the spot, quoted and left with an order. Due to decorating in stages, I was happy start with ‘less important’ rooms, just in case.. The installer arrived promptly, and was really friendly. He did a great job and even hoovered before he left! The carpet is lovely!! Needless to say, they will be receiving my orders for the rest of the house.

Easy, fast and simple! I had a great experience, I only needed a 2x3 space fitting and they were happy to help, gave advice and explained costs well. Fitting was within 48hrs and quick and clean. Really friendly team and my little job wasn’t an inconvenience. Measured Monday, fitted Wednesday - perfect!
