Staff always friendly and helpful.

Regal Fish always give a reminder of delivery dates, are always available to take an order, or update an order even close to the delivery day. The staff are always polite on the phone; and friendly drivers have always delivered on the date/time window. Have used them for several years and the service has always remained excellent.

Quality product, prepared well and delivered fresh

Whilst i sympathise with the reviewers who moan about the frequency of phone calls (I ignore them actually and order online) I find the quality of seafood absolutely wonderful. I remember 20 years ago or so, they phoned me up. 'We can send you high quality fish from Grimsby in the afternoon'. I live in South London. Can you deliver in the morning I inquired? the answer came 'We catch it in the morning sir'. That was good enough for me. I've been ordering from them for 20 years plus.

I have been ordering fish products from Regal Fish for 25 years plus. The service has always been excellent from order to delivery. All products have been lovely and very tasty and good value for money. Would highly recommend anyone to use this service.

I ordered a couple of times over a year ago and the product was nice and of good quality. However, every 2 months without fail they ring and ring and ring. It is absolutely relentless. I am working and so cannot answer. They leave a voice mail to say if you want to order please call us back. I don't want to order but they won't stop ringing until you answer. Even then when you say 'no' they try to use persuasive sales techniques to get you to buy. It is like stepping back in time to the 80's!

Excellent product delivered on time

Just had our first delivery of cod and haddock from regal fish co. Had the cod for tea, so tasty baked in oven fish just fell apart. I’m sure haddock will be as good. Will certainly be having again .
