I have not been with this company for very long, but so far am very happy with the service. I wanted to change my first order, no problem. Had a question regarding the second, again polite answer. I have found their products to be first class. Not had fish so good since I lived on the west coast of Scotland and could buy fish within an hour or so of it being landed.

Super products and quality. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful whether it is on the phone or making a delivery. Many companies would be well advised to take a leaf out of Regal's book and be better for it.

Would have liked at least 24 hours between initial email and phone call. Only half an hour between this time!

Whilst their fish is of good quality, I will not be using this company again because of their harassing phone tactics . Despite the gentleman who took my original order on my doorstep stressing that they would never harass, they persist in calling several times a day even as late as 7.30 in an evening . If they hadnt been so belligerent with their calls they would have had more orders from me and recommendation to my friends and family, but i’m afraid that is not going to happen now .
