Sent a used and damaged product that was missing crucial pieces.
Received a t-bone bed extender today in the mail. These things are not cheap. The product was clearly used, repackaged, and then sent without all the parts; those included were scratched and damaged. The directions were ripped, and the plastic for the pieces was shoved into the box. This is very disappointing and upsetting. We cannot assemble or use this product at all due to this. We paid the new price for a clearly used product that did not include all the pieces.
Got a bag
Got a bag, wanted to return it as it was a present. Returned it and it seemed the company went under so now I’m out a bag and the money. Gutted

Seems like this company has folded. I bought a bag which arrived ok but I wanted to return as wrong size and their phone rings out, no one answers email and their website is gone.
Avoid at all costs!

Can’t return items, fake company - avoid
I have ordered a bag and would like to return it. It said to contact their email which I did a week ago ORDER #21773 No response from them, no number to call and the website no longer loads.
Scam company
This company does not appear to exist so don’t order from them. Ordered a bag but when I realised it was a problem there was no phone number and when sent a tracking email the order didn’t exist and there’s no way to contact anyone. Luckily paid on Mastercard who reimbursed me. Stay away 😡
Bag Never Arrived
I ordered two bags which arrived on time which led me to ordering a further two bags a few days later. However, on the second order only one of the two bags arrived (in casing which clearly appeared to have been tampered with and was not wrapped in the security tape used by the courier company for the first delivery) On this occurring I promptly e-mailed them with detailed information including a photo of the package delivered. They replied to my e-mail asking if there was any damage to the suitcase received and stating that they couldn't understand how that could happen. I followed up with further e-mails asking if they were able to ascertain what had happened (given the photographic evidence I had previously sent clearly showed that the package had been tampered with before I received it) Their response to all my further e-mails was COMPLETE silence, and I've now given up on expecting to receive a reply from them. Now the fault may be that of the courier company and not them, but I would at least expect them to show some interest and follow up with the courier company and respond to my e-mails. If you do decide to order from them, make sure you use a credit card so that in the event of a failed delivery etc you can claim back from the credit card company.
Extremely lacking and rude customer…
Extremely lacking and rude customer service. I was sent an item that was different to as described on the website, and the customer service team argued with me over it for weeks. When I finally proved them wrong, they would not give a full refund or pay for return costs. I ultimately up out of pocket! Disappointing.
