Payed for next day delivery but the courier company did not deliver within the advised time frame. I had to go and collect myself from their depot. Also, the packaging was very shabby.

The team is only contactable by email and even though a number is provided, no one picks up. Paid for next day and delivery went to the wrong door number even though the team was contacted to ensure the right number is on the shipping label. Could not get the bag on time even though was told it would arrive!
