Ordered a cabin case on 26 November 2022 and received an email thanking me for my order. Since then they haven't contacted me about the delivery date but they have taken the money from my account. I have had no response to my email and no one is answering their phone. Hence the 1 star review.

The backpack was delivered speedily. It arrived in time for the birthday it was intended for and the recipient is very pleased with it. The large number of zipped pockets are very useful and the pack with quite light to carry on the back.

The Backpacker is a site that I was not familiar with but having a daughter that cycles loads & apparently loves 'Rains' products & wanted a backpack for Christmas I decided to do my research. I emailed regarding the guarantee as know Rains offers 2 years. I had a very speedy reply advising me so do The Backpacker, excellent 1st experience, delivery & customer service.
