Really good fast and efficient service

We had an issue with the windows in the apartment, and Emma Loth has patiently replied to my messages and sent help right away to solve my issue. It was a great customer service experience.

David Bailey and the after sales team have been efficient and helpful when called upon and when there were issues or concerns raised was treated with urgency and empathy. I have been impressed with the service given to me and I would encourage Seven Capital clients to work with David and the team post completion.

Had a problem with my kitchen tap where it was coming off and I raised this with Emma Loft from Seven Capital who promptly escalated this with a plumber. I was pleased by the exceptional level of customer service I received

I had reported an issue regarding my bath tub, Emma was very quick to respond and arranged an appointment for someone to come out and take a look. Although the appointment was over a week away, I do appreciate others may have more urgent matters. Handyman Kevin was friendly and resolved the problem instantly. I was also having issues with my hot water & he kindly set my timers and now my hot water is working perfectly. Only negative I can give is sometimes the the length of time between reporting an issue & someone coming out can be a bit long other than that cannot complain!
