I would express my heartfelt thanks to Caitlin who has provided excellent support to me no matter on introduction of mortgage broker, furniture package, letting and management agent. I highly appreciate her quick response to all my inquiry. Once when I encountered a very difficult moment in dealing with the mortgage deeds, Caitlin gave me useful information and advice promptly. This greatly lessen my worries during the difficult times. Although the completion process is very stressful, Caitlin's outstanding support throughout the whole process is highly appreciated. Caitlin, thank you once again.

I wanted to bring to your attention quite a number of issues that the residents of The Metalworks are facing which is quite disappointing to say the least especially considering the fact that the development is hardly a year old! Lifts keep going down again and again! The maglocks around the whole development keep going down again and again for example for the bin store, cycle store, doors from the car park. This is a consistent issue and the cycles are now getting stolen from the stores which should only be accessible to the residents. Gate of the car park is not closing for a number days now which means that all the cars that are in the car park are unsafe. These are some of the persisting issues which have been ongoing for months and there is no light at the end of the tunnel which is extremely unfortunate! As a resident of the development, I demand some concrete responses and resolutions for these issues!

Completion of snagging items from handover of new apartment.

Have been in contact with the whole team and more recently Emma Loth regarding snagging items and a query with the washing machine with the new apartment at St Martins Place. Emma was brilliant. She came back to me several times with updates, booked the contractor and also liaised with the site manager. The jobs have been completed quickly and I appreciate that she gave me several updates to keep me informed. Thanks for your friendly and efficient service Emma!

My front door lock was faulty and I…

My front door lock was faulty and I sent a report for it to be fixed online via the Seven Capital portal. Emma Loth phoned me back within 5 minutes and arranged for the contractor to fix the lock immediately. I am very happy with the service Seven Capital provided, especially with Emma who was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Great Aftercare Service

The kitchen cupboards had de-laminated last year which I would not expect to happen after only having had the property for just under 2 years. Fortunately however, Seven Capital accepted they would be replaced as I had reported within the warranty period. It did take almost a year (hence 4*) before they finally were, mostly due to covid and previous contractor going under. The aftersales care team, in particular Emma Loth has been brilliant throughout the lengthy process. She kept me informed and has been a pleasure to speak to. In addition to this, I must praise the blinds contractor, Pete from Nationwide Blinds (deserves 5*), who absolutely went above and beyond to get the damaged and missing blinds replaced within days of reporting. Superb service. Fortunately all got fixed just in time before new tenants moved in so they will have a much better experience living in the flat at Kettleworks. Thanks for resolving.

Mixer Tap - Kevin

Kevin came to fix our tap. We were given a time slot but he came straight away in the morning which was great for us. He was polite and respectful of our things and space. He was efficient and did a great job.
