I've bene in touch with Tania and Emma at Seven's aftercare team since moving into our new house. Over the last 6 months they have been working to get the issues that have cropped up resolved as fast as possible. For simple things this can be often within 24 hours which is great from a customer experience point of view. For larger/more complex jobs they strive to keep us in the loop and chasing the relevant contractors. Their efforts are much appreciated.
