I lived overseas. I bought an apartment developed by Seven Capital 2 years ago. I did have some problem on the Council Tax. Since there has been lockdown for over a year, the communication between me & the Council was jeopardised. The worst is I cannot fly to UK to sort out the problem myself, but the staff (Isabella Evans) of Seven Capital is very helpful.
