We moved into our new apartment just earlier this week. There was a problem with a leak from toilet wash basin and I reported the problem online and it was fixed on the same day. The customer service is great esp. Emma. So far so good with capiral seven maintenance of the property.

We had a few issues when moving into our flat. Emma Loth has been really helpful getting these issues sorted quickly and keeping me informed! Great customer service.

Emma Loth was very efficient in organising repair work for a leak by the window, as was the contractor Kevin who did a superb job. Very satisifed overall!

Have been renting a property through Seven Capital for more than 6 months there was unfortunately a leak from the roof which came down to the ceiling left behind water spots and stains. The Seven Capital Aftercare Team took care and resolved the issue in a fast manner and sent Kevin Cleary to address the issue with the stains on the ceiling. Thoroughly professional he went all the way to resolve the issue by removing any excess humidity, thus ensuring there will be no further issues. The ceiling is now as good as new and I couldn't be happier with his dedicated, efficient and professional approach. Highly recommend him!

Don't trust Seven Capital. Our family is going through a lot of trouble and tension because of their inconsiderate customer service team. Because of their change in forms/paperwork we have had trouble finding suitable lenders. Changes in the forms have affected the valuation leaving us out of pocket and into more debt. They don't communicate these changes and at every step of the way have insisted on using their panel of people to complete that it feels like we are not represented fairly. Honestly don't know what to do next.... stuck between a rock and hard place.

I have just completed on my apartment and have received excellent service from Natalie. The quality of the apartment is exactly what was spoken about at the time of purchase. I would definitely purchase again from Seven Capital.
