I bought a sofa bed from this company but unfortunately there was a problem with product , I contacted customer service and they were a joy to deal with , no arguing back and forth and a very reasonable outcome , if only all company’s acted like this in a fair and proper manner MrBerry

needed some spare parts which were dispatched immediately. Unfortunately sent incorrect parts but when informed reacted immediately to correct. Excellent communication

Never experienced such poor customer service. Promised things that never materialised on numerous occasions and have had to constantly chase. Wish I’d never purchased my product from this shocking company! Caused more hassle than it was worth.

Easy purchase process. Fast and reliable delivery. Accurate description of product. When we discovered a manufacturing fault with our sofa, this company addressed it immediately and guided us clearly and openly through the process to rectify this, a very honest site.

Half the bed delivered first time round, then second time courier lost the delivery, then over a month later got the full bed however it was faulty. Third time lucky you would think, but the second bed is also faulty. Clearly there is no checks in place for quality control. in the midst of attempting to get a refund but this whole process has been disappointing and frustrating.

The bed is amazingly good quality for the price.the delivery guys were very happy and extremely hekpful.custoner service top quality.would highly recommend to others and would definately use again.
