Great advice and easy to work with

I don't believe that everything is as it was spelled out to me. However, now that I am in six months, I am understanding the system much better. I still have that dooming feeling that one of my creditors is not going to negotiate and I don't want to be sued. I want to be fair to my creditors, but I also want them to be fair with me. Absorbitant interest rates are not equitable. In addition, I was thrilled to have my first paid transaction at a 35% rate.
