Almost there

Nervous at first but once the first account was settled, it took a lot of stress away from me. Got a few more to go and I’ll never make this mistake again

I learned patience is the key !!

I learned patience is the key. Huron Law Group has done everything they said they would and have kept me informed the whole time. I did not get into debt overnight and I cannot get out of debt overnight. At least now with Huron Law Group I have a working plan. All my creditors have been contacted and I am very happy with the results/settlements thus far. I sleep much better now knowing my debts are being handled. Thank you Huron Law Group !!

I think you spend too much time paying yourself first and not the accounts that are needed to be paid off. It's been so long they are literally at lawyers offices. It's ridiculous. Get them paid.

I thought they were going to settle my debit that was high but being paid. They were able to settle some of debts but others were not settled and left we with the entire balance due after a default judgement against my credit. It is not debt consolidation - it is ruin your credit and pay attorneys instead of your debt. Not what I thought it was going to be at all.

Payment change not discussed

When you discussed our account initially, we were told that we would still be paying the same amount ( 17,000 ish) that our accounts came to. The upside was that we wouldn't have to be dealing with creditors. Those were the terms we agreed to. Now we have been told that the payments are being extended by 10 months because Huron agreed to accept a settlement of 70 % on one account. This is an additional $4500.00 in payments. This means that we are paying a 26.5% penalty because Huron isn't satisfied making $2100.00 profit for that specific account. I agreed reluctantly to the extention because I am unable to get work due to extensive surgeries which have left me disabled at 77 years old. Very sad and disappointed. Jerry Rudolph

Too slow process

Too slow process. Was not let know of process sub contracted To other firm not told of the fees. Credit scores dropped 100+ points which I worked on for 4 years after bankruptcy to build up.
