no one answers you when you have an issue, only when they want more money from you

I feel when they try to enroll you they call you constantly and are very helpful. But once you are enrolled it’s hard to get your questions answered. Also the fee for service is alot almost 15,000 something people can due on there own call and settle. Also I come to find out after that anything written off you need to claim as income did not find out til later. So that being said yes they did what they said they would do but you are paying for the service 15,000. Also the statement are horrible they really don’t show how much you paid and how much you owe. I requested a statement to show that and the response I received was login to my account. Which I do but does not show me what I want to know

Such great people to work with on my finances and willing and able to always be there anytime I have questions, just all around a great company that cares and has so much kindness, I'm so impressed from customer service to the negotiating of my accounts they truly care.
