During stage one agents were knowledgeable and attentive to concerns, able to answer questions and provide advice when called upon. Statements and other communications made me feel engaged and aware of their ongoing attentiveness. Stage two is just beginning but so far I am pleased with the first resolution obtained on my behalf.

I’m still very concerned about my credit score going down, creditors calling all day long even on holidays and I have only one agreement after almost five months. Sometimes it’s hard to talk to customer support.

When I signed up with The Huron Group I was given a good bit of advice and heads-up of what I could expect. I appreciate being informed. As far as I know, they have done what they said they would do, and that is work on my behalf. I have no complaints.

Reason I give one star because they don’t do fast enough, and they not communicate fast enough with the creditors. They end up, suing me and take me to court. I am very stressful over the whole of this situation.
