This has been the worst experience of the worst decision I’ve ever made. It’s terrible to be in a position where you have to get to the point to use this company. But then the experience that started with them is even worse. I’m very disappointed with the whole experience. And very frustrated with myself for signing up with this company.

I had hoped for a lower settlement offer because of all of the interest that accrued while we waited to make an offer in compromise. Other than that I am pleased. Waiting for 3 more.
