Everything has been good except one time a bill was not taken care of and was going to have to go to court. I was very upset ,plus I had to go to the court house and fill out papers.I don’t live close to where it is.

I think that the process is a good one if the clients are well informed about the process. When you don’t understand the process, you may have misguided expectations. Good communication and consistent effort by both parties could have made this a better experience. Never thought that it would have taken almost a year before my first debt was settled. I still have more. Great damage has been done to my credit, while the company profits. Profit is good if all parties are profiting!
