We were worried about our credit dropping and the accounts taking a long time to settle but the process is quicker than I thought, I’m really pleased.

Communication needs a lot of improvement, and so does the sense of urgency. They need improvement on monthly statements, updates to each customer. A customer should not have to call in continuously for updates on their debt settlement. Be transparent on timeframes and any changes. Also, work with your vendors on more favorable settlement programs so the clients don’t end up paying more money just to settle all at one time.

They're very helpful until one of your creditors files a civil suit against you. After that you won't be able to get a hold of anybody there. I've tried calling and emailing and nobody returns either. I wouldn't trust them. I have nothing but regrets.
