I wish I had more of an Idea Of what is happening. But it seems to me you guys have a handle on it

Aggressive with customers and try to force bad settlements that appear to be first offers from the creditor. One “customer service” tried to do “client control” on me, advising me that if I didn’t take an offer that the creditor could create problems by withdrawing offers and by suing me. Big deal. Creditors can do that regardless of what you do. Just no confidence that these guys are on my side. They are weak and disorganized

The settlement of my debt was reasonable but the 25% service charge should be calculated on the settlement amount, not on the original debt balance.
