Became my Power of attorney so I wouldn’t have to deal with the collectors. It’s been a smooth transition, and my accounts have been getting settled fast, and for less than what was the original amount. I’m saving so much interest than what I would have paid I is initially.

I would have appreciated more contact on when accounts were settled toward the end of my contract and the fact that I am seeing this survey prior to an email that all my accounts are settled and I have completed the process is disappointing.
