Lack of Communication, high fees

We contact these companies to help us get out of debt. What most of us do NOT do is thoroughly read contracts which is on us. Huron doesn't communicate well what is going on. I called today as I was told a few months back one of my accounts was settled. After paying almost 2400 in I have 300 dollars in my account and they say that account will be paid off in JULY. After they take 1800 dollars in fees on top of the monthly fees which is their payment to settle the account. 2 of my other accounts haven't even been settled yet. BE VERY CAREFUL here and READ before you get into a contract with them. The overall payments and fees are NOT worth what you can accomplish on your own.

I have not been kept advised where my account stands without my calling. My original account on 5 cards was for an amount over $9,000 less than I paid or will have paid. This does not count court costs, fax costs and postage. The last account had no payments as yet and is in law suit. As it stands right now my last agreement was for FULL amount which included interest added after you started handling. I believe your receipt of over $9,000 is excessive for the poor handling of my account. I would not recommend your firm to anyone else.

They have been so easy to fill any request i have and have already cancelled one of my credit cards after closing that account with a settlement. A fine company to do business with.

Everyone has been great when they call or when I call them one person that I would like to name is Rachel she is very nice on the phone and will help me with every question I have. Great customer service. Thank you so much for everything you are doing for me so far with getting my credit cards paid off.
