I bought a home through the trade in program and I was sold on the idea. I was never told about the “rent” that would be owed but it was there in the fine print. I ended up paying $5000 in “rent” even though my house sold ridiculously fast. After buying back my new home they also forgot to transfer the HOA so I’m still dealing with that after owning my home for two months. The program overall is a great concept but you will have way more fees this way. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have a special circumstance like we did.

This program sounded great and we were in the process of filling out the application, but they ran a hard inquiry on our credit before we even finished the application. Our agent also never got back to us possibly because our application was withdrawn due to time constraints, even though our credit was pulled - that is illegal and they can be sued.

Reali loans help me get pre approved and finalized my loan with in the expected time frame. Mr Brian was very informative and walked me through everything. Unresponsive. I submitted my application for a pre-approval a week ago and have not heard back. I was assigned a contact but contact does not respond to email. Yet, I continue to receive daily emails suggesting that I start my application. Incompetence big time.

1/24/20 I was contacted by a Sr Vice President who had read the review and looked into the issue. We spent at least 15 minutes going over the issues with what happened. He agreed this was egregious and was very willing to work to rectify this in the future. I give him props for this, and believe they will continue to improve their service. They have good rates, so I am hoping with continued training, they will offer much better service. The worst experience ever! Trying to get a home loan for a purchase, submitted on Dec 6th, after continually asking for overkill in documents, getting no response back, I finally went with another lender (UWM) who matched the price and was approved in 2 days!! Do not use this company, you will have nothing but issues.
