I have given a 3 star rating due to the fact 1, the false availability of stock in shop on your website. 2, the lack of communication when order is in shop for collection and no reply to emails when asked for confirmation, managed to get through after 2 phone calls. The customer service when face to face in store couldn’t be more helpful, just please reply back to customers emails to reassure them about their orders as a 5 star would have been given.

Advertised wrong item, so sold and sent out the wrong item. When asked was just told advertising error I have to package back up print a label and take to an Evri posting place and then when they get the item back they will refund me! In the meantime I’m at a loss for money and it appears no care given by this company? First and last time to use these people. Appreciate mistakes happen but it’s how them mistakes are dealt with after is what counts
