My parcel has disappeared Nobody knows whether it arrived at the Warehouse or not ???

The light I ordered was quickly received but unfortunately the remote control part did not work. I sent an email on this and was quickly informed to return faulty unit. I received a postage sticker and sent item back and within a few days a replacement item was sent out which worked fine. I had been given the option of full refund also. I believe this level of service is what we should all expect from every company we deal with but sadly not many companies live up to this and therefore they could all take a lesson from UK Camping and Leisure as I will certainly use them again when I need camping supplies and also would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody
