Worst customer service ever! I have contacted customer service for a refund three times and each time they have totally ignored my message. Definitely will not use this company again and will be filing a complaint.

Paid for 48hr tracked and parcel still hasn’t arrived! Anniversary was 3 days ago! Not impressed

Just placed an order , which was confirmed & money taken. Then 1 min later I get an email saying They have refunded my money?? No explanation... I'm assuming it will take quite a few days for the refund to go through ? Very disappointed as I don't want to order else where until I get an explanation. ? maybe out of stock? I've no idea !!!
