This is the first time I have ever had to amend a review. The people at UK Beauty Club are lovely, I will not take that away from them. I have gone to them for my Paul Mitchell for years (was just reading emails between Lesley and I from 2015!). However, I recently bought two 1L bottles of Awapuhi shampoo, which I have used for years, and it has stripped my hair to the point of it snapping all over. I have been growing my hair for over a year, and it has been coming on great. Now I have it to a length that I have been aiming for, and it has been destroyed. I am literally laying here, crying my eyes out, as I am going to have to have it all cut off. All of that hard work for nothing. I can literally pinpoint when the damage started to happen, and it was when I started using this latest batch of Awapuhi shampoo. The formula has definitely changed, and as for it being moisturising and suitable for daily use, that is no longer so. DO NOT BUY PAUL MITCHELL AWAPUHI SHAMPOO, it is not what it used to be. I’m not blaming UK Beauty Club, but I bought it from them (as I always do) and it has ruined my hair. I am truly broken hearted.

My products are always lovely to get. Package very well. I always find a surprise gift on the box to try.
