Never told me my order was backordered, got a notification it had shipped but they lied

I BOUGHT WELDING HELMET AND LITTLE AFTER THE HELMET SHELL CRACK ON PIECES AND THIS COMPANY DO NOT WANT TO REPLACE IT BECAUSE THEY SAID IS ON 30 DAYS BUT WENT WE PAY WITH CREDIT CARDS THE WARRANTY SHOULD BE 90 DAYS BUT THIS COMPANY DO NOT WANT GET ME THE REPLACEMENT👎👎 I COULD PAY HALF AT LEAST THE HELMET CRACK AFTER THE 3 MONTHS AND BECAUSE AT THE BOX IT 3YEARS WARRANTY IT DO NOT SAID ONLY 1 PART OF THE HELMET IT SHOULD BE COVER THE WHOLE PIECE OR SPECIFIED

Ordered and it was shipped within 12 to 48 hours. I even had to call customer service because something was missing and that was shipped within 48 hours also. Prices and added bonus were better when compared to other companies. I definitely recommend buying from them.
