I have 5 stars because my order was rather large. The company called to verify the purchase, which I greatly appreciate considering My husband and I just opened our own business. So CyberWeld calling to verify is awesome. The purchase was immediately shipped and arrived the next day. Cyberweld just has awesome prices period. First place I look for price quotes and purchases.

I got a jacket that was too big for me but the Problem wasn’t the size it was that I had to pay to send it back. You guys should have a shipping label to send back products considering your return policy Is that it’s unused

The plasma cutter I purchased said was in stock ? Then after I purchased a was called and told it was on back order for 6 weeks…..

Items were what was stated. Shipping was/ quick.

My order took 1 month to arrive.

Easy to use website can’t recall if had Apple Pay if not only thing I would say needs to change get Apple Pay

Lesson learned. I have been ordering from cyberweld for a while now and have noted that on every order they only send part of the order. It seems they don't have anything in stock and a lot of items are on backorder. The problem is there is no way of knowing until you only receive a partial order. Nothing is ever noted backordered on the site. I was hoping to order through only one supplier, and it looks like I need to change vendors if I want to keep working in my shop. Been waiting for outside lens coverings for over a month now. Very frustrating and now impacting my ability to continue production.

Customer service is fantastic. It is great to talk to an actual person who can also help while you are still on the phone.

It’s very easy to place an order the order was filled and delivered no problems with a piece of equipment that was delivered can’t recommend CyberWeld enough
