Initially I had a problem of not receiving all of the items that were to be included in the package I had purchased. But after apprising them of the shortage I reported, someone apparently reviewed their records and seen that an error had been made. Subsequently the remainder of my order was shipped to me, and now I am a very happy camper! All items are of the best quality, and providing I can work all these new bells and whistles, I am certain I will be happy for years to come. Thank you very much!

Ordered some consumables for my plasma cutter. Was way way late so I called and found out the order was held up because a 1.75 item was not available yet. I asked for them to ship what they had, they did but I have not received the Items that were back ordered as of yet. UPDATE ....Just recieved the rest of my order without any more prompting on my part. So I am satisfied.
