You have charged account but I haven't received my order and it doesn't look like I am going to get it any time soon.

I ordered consumables for my new welder over a month ago and the order is still processing. If things are out of stock, update the website to say so instead of letting people order things that you do not have. Also a friend of mine from work ordered some of the same items for his welder several days after me and he received part of his order but not all of it. I am not a happy customer anymore!!

Ordered Lincoln purple tungsten for TIG welding when local weld shop did not have them in stock. Price was better and shipping was free.

Cyberweld is just what they say. I needed some specific information that was not available online so I called their number and immediately talked with a knowledgeable person who answered my questions. When I asked if they take credit cards, she said yes, but that I might want to do that before Monday because the item I was interested in was going to have a $200 price increase. So, I paid for the welding machine and checked on Monday and sure enough, the price went up 200 bucks. Delivery was right on time. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again

Waited 3 weeks expecting a delivery, called and was told the entire order was being held up because a $14.00 part was out out of stock, was never notified when ordering that it was out of stock with no idea on when it would be available.

When i bought my welder i got it in days. That purchase would have been 5 star except for the gloves i ordered with no date in site, and when i talked to the lady with customer service was extremely rude. Not sure i will deal with cyberweld again. We'll see.

Products were shipped in a timely manner. I've bought from Cyberweld several times, good people, good products. Jim
