Ordered a filter kit for my welder paid for express shipping their website said in stock and weeks went buy and I never received my order so i called to see what’s going on and the lady explained that they have been on back order for quite a while. A call. An email. Out of stock on their website??? Any heads up would of been great so I could get my oil changed on time “was working 7 12’s night shift” They sure do like to send emails about other sh!t tho. Waiting for my filters I got a generic email every day to do a Survey to rate their products the products I never received. The order was canceled and this has been a couple months and they are still emailing me adds a few times a week and surveys about costumer satisfaction so here’s mine

Your customer service answering my issues with regards to my order which Maria whom I called about cancelling my ordert because of the Canadian/USA border problem have help me and directly called your Shipping Provider for R.T.S.and I am so glad for her judgement. Also, I follow up with Zury this week and she said she will email me when your office will receive back the items. Thank you very much for the great customer service and I appreciate so much for all the help! I might get hold for the payment as I am waiting for the border to ease up hopefully this coming February to get back my stuff as I need it on March for my welding class. NOTE: (The charges are already on my mastercard that I have to pay and I will check and call them tomorrow as I cannot get my Cyberweld delivery yet until I will request your good office to send me back when the border is okay for non essential travel.)

Ordered a set of torches. Called to check on the order and got a human being right away. I like that, and I like my torches and they were half the price as other websites.
