Having used Cyberweld several times now, my opinion of them hasn’t changed. They have always had what I needed, their pricing is good, and with one minor exception, the deliveries have been very quick. I have spoken with customer service reps on two different occasions, and found them to be very friendly, very courteous, and very helpful. I will absolutely continue to use Cyberweld for my shop supplies.

I will never order from this site again. I ordered a welding jacket for school and it took a month for it to arrive. I did not have it for the first week of class. If i had any idea it would take that long I would have found it somewhere else. I could see that long of a wait for a welder or some other big item but for a jacket they said they had in stock is outrageous. I will not recommend family and friends or classmates to order from this site.

I am a newcomer to the welding trade and have not had a lot of success buying equipment online until I heard about these guys at Cyberweld. The products were categorized and grouped in an intuitive way that I felt very comfortable navigating and the product specs, description, and images were just as easy to locate and process. I now have a new hood and jacket that I felt confident purchasing. Will definitely recommend to my peers and will be buying from them again very soon. Grateful there are outfits like Cyberweld out there taking some of the hassle and headaches out of shopping
