Did not communicate that the unit would take 3 weeks to ship tell after it was purchased other than that all good

It took me calling cyberweld multiple times and after multiple attempts to finally get ahold of someone to discuss the delay of shipment on ordered items. Original email stated items would ship in 1 to 2 weeks. Turns out product is back ordered and now months out from original purchase date.

Ive purchased items from cyberweld for yrs now and have never had any issues. I have finally been able to order for my teenage son now and i didnt think twice about going straight to cyberweld for his gear. From ordering to delivery, they’ve never failed me! The leather weld jackets and gloves have always been true to size for me although im a woman and i buy regular gear. I feel that i get my moneys worth out my gear

They decided to take my money before putting on there website that the ITEM WAS ON BACKORDER!!! How convenient for THEM.
