Waited three weeks for my order,never heard anything from them. I finally called and they told me it was back ordered and I could call the manufacturer to find out when it would be shipped. I told them to cancel my order.I sourced it locally and picked it up the same day. Never again.

I ordered an industrial umbrella through Cyberweld but I noticed it had some manufacture defects when I received it. I Contacted the customer service rep at Cyberweld who immediately addressed the problem by contacting the manufacturer who replaced the defective item. Good customer service a rarity these days, but the customer rep at Cyberweld, Bonnie, handled everything, kept in contact and was a pleasure to work with.I will definitely use Cyberweld for future purchases, The umbrella itself is heavy duty, well constructed and was what I was looking for use on the job site.
