Have had no issues with any of my orders. Received orders quickly with in a few days. Last order did have an incorrect welding helmet shipped other than one ordered. Do know if was a stock issue where they shipped a suitable substitute in its place of the same helmet but different graphics. Very pleased with with on-line ordering.

When an item is out of stock, the buyer should be notified BEFORE the purchase is completed. An email notification immediately after is not an acceptable substitute, and seems a bit disreputable.
