I honestly cannot say enough good about these folks! My husband's CPAP died while he was on an out-of-state business trip. Because his script was "too old," the company here couldn't help us, even though his unit was still in warranty. I called several companies that advertised rentals. The only one willing to help IMMEDIATELY was CPAP Supply USA. They had a unit to him the next day. No hassle. No fuss. Nice used rental in very good condition. Hubby's trip was saved! They WILL be our go to, should anything like this ever happen again.
