Sometimes it takes too long on the phone and if there is a delay you very seldom get an explanation

The sleep-apnea/CPAP experience is pretty familiar to me now after six or seven years and I have used CPAP Supply USA for at least five of those years. I started using a national chain supplier that was recommended by the doctor's office, but found it incredibly annoying to call the local number to order supplies and have the call answered by a national call center. I kept getting generic product when I specifically requested brand names. I searched the internet and found CPAP Supply. They filled my order correctly for Resmed and other brand-name supplies and they have been my go-too ever since. Great company and they understand that patient preference in product is critical to customer satisfaction.
