Very rude customer service on the phone. Sales person kept taking over me,telling me I put the mask together wrong when I told her it was leaking excessively. She said I could return it but I wouldn't get a refund until their company sent it back to the supplier to see if it was defective. She also sold me the entire mask around $150 when I kept telling her all I needed was the pillow that went inside of the mask. I had to keep repeating the credit card number and she told me I needed to slow down. I placed the order the promptly cancelled it after 8 hung up. The quality of the Res Med mask was not up to my expectations. Extremely thin pillow which I attribute to the leaking problem. I ordered another pillow and I have the same problem.
