I took a lot of time to make sure that the chin strap I was ordering was the correct one, i.e., one that did not attach to the nasal pillow system but instead sat on the head and chin. The sale rep ensured me that this would be the case. Unfortunately, it was not as I had requested. I guess he just cared about making a quick sale and moving on to next victim. I called Customer Service to report the problem, and I was told that I would be receiving a return envelope within 5-7 business days. Well it is now past 14 business days, and I still have yet to receive the return pack. I guess my business is too small for them. You should think twice before you do any business with these guys.
